Local suppliers we know and love
Planning an event is a lot easier when the people helping you already know the room. Our supplier guide brings together the local photographers, entertainers, florists, event décor suppliers, cake makers and celebrants we love.
It’s a starting point, and our events team can introduce you to any of them. The current guide is available to download at the bottom of this page.
Photographers
Seven photographers sit in the current guide: Capture by Chloe, DM Photography, Luke Warner Photography, Rebecca Bryers Wedding Photography, Ross Penny Photography, Helen Hoffman Photography and SJC Photography.
Knowing the hall helps, with its 16th century timbers and high ceilings.

Entertainment
Party Delights Photobooth, Darren Leaney Magician and Charlotte Vocalist are our favourite entertainers in the guide.
Our resident DJ Darren, has a dedicated DJ balcony above the floor with a PA system, so the music has somewhere to live. You’re welcome to book your own DJ or band as well; we’ll just need their Public Liability Insurance and PAT certificates.

Flowers and decoration
Sharon North of Floristry by Sharon is our resident florist, and you can see her work on Instagram at @floristrybysharon. Ali Flanagan Flowers is the other florist in the guide. Ask your event manager for either florist’s contact details.
For event décor and balloons, the guide lists Little Wedding Things, Party on Hire and The Sisters Collab.
Talk to your event manager about what you’d like to put up, and we’ll make sure it works with the room and the timings on the day.
Cakes
Two cake makers appear in the guide: Sassys Sugar Doughnuts and Cake Maid by Catherine.
Celebration cakes can also be brought in from a supplier of your own. Let us know in advance.
Celebrants and celebrations of life
Jenny Knight of Knight Ceremonies is the celebrant in our guide.
For celebrations of life we work alongside R H Faulkner & Daughter Independent Funeral Services on Lynchford Road in Farnborough, and Sharon North can take care of the flowers. Our team handles the arrangements at this end with care and discretion, so the family can be with their guests.
Bedrooms and taxis for your guests
Our sister-site, The Inn at West End, is a 10 minute drive from Meade Hall, just off Junction 3 of the M3. It has twelve bedrooms sleeping up to 24 guests, breakfast included, with accessible and dog-friendly bedrooms among them.
Guests who book in connection with your event get £15 off each bedroom, so ask them to quote your event date. Reservations go through manager.theinn@baronspubs.com.
We’d suggest pre-booking taxis. The guide lists A-Line in Farnborough (01252 650000), Five Sixes in Camberley (01276 66666), Hart Taxis in Yateley (01252 616149) and VGT in Fleet (01252 613613). There’s free parking on site as well, and for larger events we suggest guests car-share where they can.
Planning with your suppliers
Meade Hall is self-contained: its own bar, its own washrooms, a large open fire, a resident DJ with a DJ balcony and plenty of open floor, seating 85 for a meal or holding 140 standing. Everything happens in one room, which keeps set-up simple.
There’s free parking on site, step-free access with a ramp, and wheelchair-width doorways. Furniture, crockery, glassware, the PA system and the TV come with the hire, so your suppliers only need to bring their own kit. The heated Meade Pavilion outside seats 15 at high tables or holds 30 standing, which suits a drinks reception.
