  1. Barons Pub Company Ltd reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the use of the Diner’s Card and/or cancel the card without notice.  Please check website for updates.
    1. The Diner’s Card can be used for tables of up to 8 people including children.
    2. The Diner’s Card cannot be used on Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.
    3. You must mention your Diner’s Card at the time of booking in order to receive your discount.
    4. The Diner’s Card must be presented when paying the bill. No card, no discount.
    5. The Diner’s Card may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, on orders placed via the Barons App, fixed-price set menus or function menus, theme evenings or Christmas set menus.
    6. The Diner’s Card cannot be used on day of purchase.
    7. Only one Diner’s Card is allowed per table per bill transaction.
    8. These offers may not be available at all our locations – check specific offers for details.
    9. The Diner’s Card cannot be used with a takeaway order.
  2. Early Evening Dining Club – enjoy 33% off your food bill
    1. The Early Evening Dining offer is available all year round, Monday to Friday.
    2. You must pre-book your table and be seated between 4pm and 6pm and your table must be vacated by 7.30pm at the latest.
    3. Early Evening Dining Offer is NOT available at Heather Farm Café.
  3. Winter Sunday Evening Dining Club – enjoy 33% off your food bill
    1. During the months of October-March, the Diner’s Card can be used on Sunday evenings for bookings seated after 7pm. Pub closing times may vary during winter months.
    2. Early Evening Dining Offer is NOT available at Heather Farm Café.
  4. Breakfast Club – enjoy 25% off your breakfast food bill
    1. The Breakfast Club offer is available all year round, Monday to Friday.
    2. At Heather Farm Café, you must have ordered and paid for your food by 9:30am and your table must be vacated by 10:30am at the latest. Excludes cakes, pastries and confectionery.
    3. At The Inn at West End, you must pre-book your table and be seated by 10am.
  5. Accommodation Club – enjoy 25% off B&B when you stay a Friday or Sunday night
    1. The Accommodation Offer is available all year round, only available with a Friday or Sunday night room booking. Room bookings are subject to availability.
    2. Room Booking must be made, 3 days prior to your stay, with the Rooms Manager on theinn@baronspubs.com
  6. Wine Club Wednesday – £5 off any bottle of wine over £25 
    1. Available in any of our pubs on a Wednesday.
    2. Excludes carafes and any of our wines that are sold by the glass.
    3. Must be over 18 and please drink responsibly.
