All-weather garden seating, generous Sunday roasts, and a warm welcome in Shinfield. Near Wellington Country Park and Dinton Pastures.
The Shinfield Arms is our Berkshire pub. It joined the Barons family in 2017. It’s a straightforward, welcoming family pub with a focus on good food and a relaxed atmosphere.
The garden is built for all weathers. A large tent area provides covered seating with a dedicated outdoor bar underneath. It’s a popular spot for families, especially in summer, and the cabins and cowsheds add some character — cosy, semi-private spots that are great for a catch-up or a meeting over lunch.
Sunday roasts run noon till 5pm. Wellington Country Park and Dinton Pastures are both a short drive away, making The Shinfield Arms a natural lunch stop after a morning out.

Built as a Simonds public house in 1951. It joined the Barons family in 2017.
