Your Event at The Star
With front and back gardens, four heated pods, a large stretch tent (not heated), and flexible indoor spaces, The Star can host events of all sizes. Whether it’s a birthday, a family celebration, or a work event, we’ll help you plan something that works.
As Barons’ longest-standing pub, we’ve been hosting events here for over two decades and we know what we’re doing.
Spaces
The beautiful outdoor stretch tent (not heated) seats 40 or holds 70 standing. Four heated pods seat 6 people each. Inside, The Parlour seats 35 or holds 50 standing, with an adjacent space available for extra room and access to a private bar. The main restaurant can also be hired.
We can also hire out the whole pub for a minimum of 200 people, ideal for a large corporate party or gathering. Email helen.pillinger@baronspubs.com to enquire.
Food and drinks
There are five event menus to choose from: Afternoon Buffet, Party Menu, Fork Buffet, Set Menu, and BBQ Menu. They’re the same menus we run across the group. Tell the team what you’re planning and they’ll talk you through the options.
