The Star

Situated 3 minutes from Junction 9 of the M25, and 5 minutes from Chessington World of Adventures, The Star is the perfect meeting place. Ashtead Common is close by so how about a post walk lunch with our planned alltrails and don’t forget well behaved doggies are always welcome in our garden and bar area with dog bowls and biscuits available.

We pride ourselves on delivering fantastic food with great friendly service and our delicious menu now offers a selection of your pub favourites with a few new dishes and Chef’s Specials for you to enjoy, complimented with a great wine list from around the world and Veggie & Vegan and NGCI (non gluten containing ingredients) options.  We have added a few new things to our Children’s Menu and our delicious Sunday Roasts are served until 5pm every Sunday; something for everyone.

With Garden Pods, Dining Huts and a fabulous stretch tent our garden and patio areas are perfect for alfresco dining all year round and our play area in the rear garden is open. Well-behaved dogs are always welcome in the pub garden, bar area as well as select areas indoors. Please tell us when booking if you are bringing your dog, so we can seat you and your four-legged friend in a suitable area!
